NJGCA is sending out a final reminder to all of our members — TONIGHT, at 11:59:59 PM, or before you sell your first drop of gas at the start of business on Tuesday November 1, you must be prepared for the 22.6¢ per gallon gas tax increase to go into effect.
If you are a 24-hour location, we recommend that you take a break at midnight to record your inventory and raise your prices before you go back to pumping.
As we said in previous emails, you will be required to pay the State 22.6¢ for every gallon of gasoline you have in the ground when you start pumping on November 1st. The forms are now available online, and links are in this email:
