The Board of Directors of the New Jersey Gasoline, Convenience, Automotive Association has nominated the following members for election to the Board of Directors at the meeting to be held on September 24th at 12pm.

As per the NJGCA by-laws:
Members in good standing may nominate any eligible and qualified member in good standing for an elected position that is being decided for the noticed election. No person may be nominated unless his dues have been paid, he meets the eligibility requirements stated in Article 6, Section 2, and he is otherwise in good standing with the Association. Any eligible and qualified member seeking election to a Director position, and not having been nominated by the Nominating Committee, shall be added to the slate of nominations only after a written motion from the general membership (or board), received by the Association no later than fifteen (15) days prior to the annual meeting when the election is to take place. Nominations are not permitted to be made from the floor. (Any additional nominations must therefore be received in writing at NJGCA Headquarters no later than September 9th).
