A SPECIAL MESSAGE TO ALL NJGCA MEMBERS FROM OUR FRIENDS AT AASP/NJ!!
Attention All NJGCA & AASP-NJ Members:
"Special Notice"
We are looking for a Hit and Run vehicle and WE NEED YOUR HELP!!
We are looking for what we believe to be a 2008-2009 Isuzu, N Series Truck or a 2008-2009 Chevrolet / GMC, W Series Truck. We are not sure of the exact color of the vehicle. The vehicle will have damage to the right passenger side of the vehicle. The damage will likely include a broken/shattered right passenger side door glass, a broken and partially missing right passenger side rear view dual glass mirror, broken windshield, right side broken headlight/directional lamp assemblies, and the soft type of damage that often occurs when a vehicle hits a bird or animal in the right front area of the vehicle.
This vehicle was involved in a fatal hit and run accident that resulted the death of a pedestrian on Route #33 in Howell, New Jersey on August 24/25, 2009 sometime between 8:30 PM and 12:16 PM.
If a vehicle fitting this description has already been to your shop for an estimate or repairs, please call Charles Bryant at the AASP/NJ Hot Line at 732-922-8909, or contact the Monmouth County Prosecutor's Office and ask for Detective Eric Kerecman at 732-522-8885 or Officer Riaz Montani of the Howell Twn. Police Department's Traffic Division at 732-938-4575 Ext. 2189 and report the information. If this vehicle or a vehicle closely fitting this description comes to your shop for an estimate or repairs, don't panic or alert the driver or owner of a problem. Write your estimate or schedule repairs and get the owner or driver and vehicle information. Then, immediately contact Charles Bryant at the AASP/NJ Hot Line or one of the officers above and report the information.
