While you are all no doubt excited to own your location, please DO NOT rush to sign anything Shell has sent you!!

After reviewing the materials, I know first hand that the language is cumbersome and the details and information confusing.

Please make a copy of the package sent to you from Shell—YES ALL 200+ PAGES, and send it to our offices at 66 Morris Avenue, Springfield, NJ 07081 IMMEDIATELY.

We need to know if there are any inconsistencies in these offers. Without seeing each individual contract, we WILL NOT be able to assist you.

I currently have legal counsel reviewing the documents that we have already received to advise us how to precede.

Please be prepared to attend a meeting next week so that we may discuss Shell’s offer.

In the meantime, please DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING and give us the opportunity to review these materials – A few precautionary measures now can prevent a larger headache later on.
