I met this morning with Chairwoman Nia Gill and thanks to your effots, she has confirmed that 
S-1334 - the Right to Repair Act - WILL BE HEARD before the Senate Commerce Committee sometime in May!

I would like to thank everyone who took time out to make phone calls and send emails to persuade the Senator. It is because of your contributions that we are able to help move Right to Repair along!

As such, Senator Gill has kindly asked that ALL CALLS AND EMAILS TO HER OFFICE STOP now that she has agreed to post the bill before her Committee!!

But don't think we aren't out of the woods yet. We will need you to contact Committee Members sometime in May.

Be on the lookout for a future Wildfire Alert with instructions on who to contact. Then, get ready to go to Trenton and help us testify before the Committee!!
