URGENT UPDATE!!
RIGHT TO REPAIR IS BEING THREATEND!!
AUTO MANUFACTURERS HAVE GOTTEN TO
SENATOR SARLO AND WANT THE BILL TO DIE!!

PLEASE CALL NOW TO SAVE RIGHT TO REPAIR!!

In a last ditch attempt to stop our Right to Repair initiative from being heard in the Senate, Big Auto has been reaching out to legislators to refute our claims and confuse our message.

We have just learned that Senator Sarlo, the sponsor of our bill, has yielded to pressure from automakers and is asking for S-1334 to be taken off the Senate Commerce Committee's agenda!!

As you recall, thanks to your efforts, Senator Gill had already agreed to put the bill up in her Committee.  We cannot allow the bill to be held!!

But even as Senator Sarlo is trying to stop the hearing, we NEED YOU TO CALL Senator Sarlo’s office to change his mind!!

We need you to explain to Senator Sarlo that Big Auto is twisting our message!

HERE IS WHAT YOU MUST SAY WHEN CALLING:

•This is NOT an attempt by small business owners to steal technology to make or manufacture parts.

•This is a consumer bill that only seeks to give small business owners the tools and information they need to do repairs.

•Without this information, many shops will NOT be able to perform vital repairs and motorists will be forced to return to dealers for costly maintenance.

•Please DO NOT SIDE with the car makers - Side with small business owners and consumers!

Call Senator Sarlo’s Office NOW at 201-804-8118 and tell him to SUPPORT Right to Repair!  You may also email his office at SenSarlo@njleg.org

Tell Senator Sarlo what this bill will do to you and your customers.  Let him know that Big Auto is distorting our claims to prevent motorists from getting the repairs they need at a fair price!

STOP WHAT YOU ARE DOING AND ACT NOW!!!

If you have any questions or concerns, please call Chris Stark at 973-376-0066
