GREETINGS AND SAL-UTATIONS!

Dear «First Name»:

NORTHEAST 2009: A TRIUMPH ON THE TRADESHOW FLOOR

NE 09 (26)-Resized.jpg

Suc•cess (n.) - The achievement of something desired, planned, or attempted.

Definitions are incredibly valuable in making things concise and clear.  Last week, NJGCA hosted our very first tradeshow EVER.  And we are thrilled to say we knocked it
out of the park!

Show attendees were treated to a three day, world-class exposition with hundreds of vendors, demonstrating the latest merchandise and services. It was a great opportunity to network and get a leg up on your competition.  What a sight to see!

Just as important, NJGCA presented our Paid Family Leave Seminar and Alternative Fuels Seminar
to keep you informed of coming trends and regulations.  They were both well attended and informative events.

And to salute the contributions of our families, Team NJGCA hosted a Family Fun Day – without a doubt it was the most successful event of the entire tradeshow!

As new comers to the tradeshow circuit, I can not adequately express what an accomplishment this tradeshow was.  Let me put this in perspective for you: In mid-November, NJGCA agreed to join AASP/NJ at NORTHEAST 2009 as a featured participant.  We essentially went from knowing little about exposition planning to a bachelor’s degree in tradeshow logistics IN ONLY FOUR MOHTHS!

That’s quite a feat – and we were able to deliver one hell of an event in the process!!

I’d like to sincerely thank our partners and friends at AASP/NJ for inviting us to participate in NORTHEAST 2009!

I would also like to recognize the Employer’s Association of New Jersey and Calisto Bertin of Bertin Engineering for helping to make our seminars a reality.

Most importantly, I would like to THANK YOU for coming to the show!  We cannot have done this without your support!  My sincerest appreciation to all the attendees, vendors, and partners for participating in NORTHEAST 2009!

But, even if this year’s show is history, doesn’t mean that we’re sitting idle.  We’ve already started to work on next year’s show!

Look for more information in the coming weeks as we begin planning an even bigger and better tradeshow in 2010.

See you next week!

Regards,
Sal Risalvato
Executive Director
